PP-Like Resin

Engineering Plastics
StrongDurableFunctionalHigh detail

PP-like resin is an engineering-grade photopolymer formulated to replicate the mechanical behavior of polypropylene. When printed with LCD/MSLA technology, it yields parts with high elongation, excellent impact resistance, and strong flexibility, making it ideal for functional components that must bend, snap, or deform without breaking. The material’s toughness allows it to withstand repeated mechanical stress, enabling the creation of clips, hinges, latches, protective housings, ergonomic parts, and wear-resistant prototypes that perform similarly to injection-molded PP. The printed parts exhibit excellent dimensional accuracy, clean edges, and consistent wall thicknesses, making the material suitable for engineering fit checks and functional assemblies. Its combination of flexibility, durability, and resistance to brittle failure makes it a reliable choice for users needing PP-like performance from a resin-based process.
