Inkbit® TEPU 30 is a tough, elastomeric polyurethane material designed for VCJ (Vision-Controlled Jetting) 3D printing. It combines high elasticity with excellent durability, enabling the production of flexible parts with smooth surfaces and fine detail. With a Shore A hardness of 30, it offers soft, rubber-like behavior while maintaining dimensional stability and long-term resilience. TEPU 30 is ideal for applications requiring repeated flexing, compression, or cushioning, such as gaskets, seals, soft-touch grips, wearable components, and impact-absorbing parts. Its precise jetting process ensures excellent surface quality and isotropic mechanical properties without the need for extensive post-processing.
