HP® 3D HR TPU 01

HP® 3D High Reusability TPU 01 is a flexible, durable thermoplastic polyurethane designed for HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 3D printing. It combines high elasticity with excellent impact resistance, enabling parts to bend, compress, or stretch while maintaining structural integrity. The material is ideal for functional prototypes, wearables, gaskets, seals, cushioning elements, and custom components that require both flexibility and strength. TPU 01 is compatible with repeated use in HP MJF workflows and delivers consistent mechanical performance and surface quality across multiple print cycles.
