HP 3D High Reusability TPA (Thermoplastic Polyamide Elastomer), enabled by Evonik, is a flexible, durable, and high-performance material designed for Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing. It combines excellent elasticity with consistent mechanical properties across multiple print cycles, making it suitable for applications that require repeated bending, compression, or impact resistance. Its high tear strength, elongation at break, and recovery characteristics make it ideal for functional prototypes, wearable devices, gaskets, seals, and automotive or consumer-grade flexible parts. The material maintains stable performance under a wide range of temperatures and can be processed with minimal post-treatment to achieve smooth, functional surfaces.
