Ultracur3D® EL 60 is a high-performance elastomer resin engineered for applications requiring flexibility, toughness, and precision. With a Shore hardness of 75 A, it delivers a balance of softness and durability comparable to rubber, making it suitable for seals, gaskets, damping elements, and flexible housings. Parts exhibit excellent tear resistance, rebound behavior, and long-term durability under repeated mechanical stress. In its standard state, the material appears clear with a slightly matte surface, allowing limited visibility of internal structures. Its combination of elasticity, toughness, and high accuracy makes Ultracur3D® EL 60 an ideal choice for functional prototypes and end-use components in automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.
