Alumide is nylon reinforced with aluminum particles. It is as strong (and almost as flexible) as standard nylon, but has a sparkling effect. The material offers high-temperature resistance (120 °C) and good chemical resistance. Material finishes includes both raw and polished versions, with natural dyed color options also available.
